CRIME INFORMATION
Travel West Midlands and Travel Coventry regularly feed into the West Midlands Police intelligence system through a well drilled systematic approach.

We also rely on information from our customers. If you feel that you want to highlight problems on specific bus routes to ourselves and West Midlands Police, then the easiest way is to email us at safertravel@travelwm.co.uk with a short description of the problem, locations and times. Each local bus garage submits 'intelligence forms' into the newly formed 'Safer Travel Police Team' (STPT) which helps West Midlands Police identify 'hot-spots' along bus corridors in the West Midlands. Local bus garages also share their CCTV evidence with local OCUs (Operational Command Units) in the West Midlands which helps to identify problem bus routes, corridors and areas.

Where possible, Travel Midland Metro feed in to the intelligence systems of the British Transport Police.
